A Message
From Our Founder
” After having five children of my own, in the fall of 1968, when many mothers were still at home and not working, I decided it was time to use my education as a teacher to open a daycare center in downtown Decatur. My goal was to create a thirst for knowledge, exercise the children’s minds and bodies, and teach social skills and manners. I wanted to create a family atmosphere at my center, so parents felt at ease leaving their children with us while they worked. Over 50 years later, we are still educating the future leaders of tomorrow. “
